- Valid photo identification (the type of which shall be determined by The Atlantic Club Casino in its sole discretion from time to time) is required for all transactions related to The Atlantic Club Casino including, but not limited to, signing up for a card, replacement of a lost or stolen card and cash or comp redemption.
- By becoming a member, you acknowledge your permission for The Atlantic Club Casino to correspond with you by mail, email or telephone, unless otherwise noted at time of enrollment, and to use your name and likeness without compensation for promotions, advertising and/or announcements, unless prohibited by law.
- The Atlantic Club Casino reserves the right to adjust account status as a result of any machine malfunction, computer or operator error, fraud or other misuse of The Atlantic Club Casino amenities or card.
