Membership accounts are limited to one (1) member each.
Membership and rewards are non-transferable.
Valid photo identification (the type of which shall be determined by The Atlantic Club Casino in its sole discretion from time to time) is required for all transactions related to The Atlantic Club Casino including, but not limited to, signing up for a card, replacement of a lost or stolen card and cash or comp redemption.
By becoming a member, you acknowledge your permission for The Atlantic Club Casino to correspond with you by mail, email or telephone, unless otherwise noted at time of enrollment, and to use your name and likeness without compensation for promotions, advertising and/or announcements, unless prohibited by law.
The Atlantic Club Casino reserves the right to adjust account status as a result of any machine malfunction, computer or operator error, fraud or other misuse of The Atlantic Club Casino amenities or card.
Members may not allow cards to be used by other players for any reason including, but not limited to, for the purpose of accruing rewards. The Atlantic Club Casino cards will be used to track play by the account member only.
It is the responsibility of the member to present his or her The Atlantic Club Casino card to table games personnel before playing tables and/or to properly insert the card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of slot machine play.
Tier Credits are earned for all tracked slot machine and table games play, as well as any other recorded play that generates a rating in the Casino Management System.
Tier Credit earnings vary by machine/game type, denomination, average bet and length of play at the sole discretion of The Atlantic Club Casino . The determination of The Atlantic Club Casino shall be final with respect to Tier Credits.
All Tier Credits are subject to review and verification by The Atlantic Club Casino.
Tier Credits do not hold any cash or complimentary value.
Tier Credits expire each year on December 31ST.
Members are solely responsible for all applicable licenses, registrations, taxes and other fees.
In the event of death of a member, all rewards remain non-transferable and shall expire as set forth herein.
In the event of divorce of a member, the member retains all rewards, unless otherwise stated by a valid and final court order submitted to The Atlantic Club Casino.
The Atlantic Club Casino reserves the right to change or cancel the The Atlantic Club Casino program or its official rules and regulations, including the revision of policies, rewards and benefits, at any time and without notice.
Specific services, benefits, and offers may be based on availability and are subject to management’s discretion.
Employees of The Atlantic Club Casino and its subsidiaries, affiliates or parent companies may not be eligible for this program. See your local property Human Resources Department for details.
Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities including, but not limited to, through a government program, by their own request, are not eligible for membership and are deemed to forfeit all accrued cash, comps, Tier Credits and other benefits earned through the The Atlantic Club Casino.
Membership in the The Atlantic Club Casino may be revoked or cancelled at any time without notice at the sole discretion of The Atlantic Club Casino.
All decisions and resolution of all disputes regarding the The Atlantic Club Casino including, but not limited to, interpretation of the official rules and regulations and the requirements for eligibility for this program, lie solely with The Atlantic Club Casino whose decisions shall be final and binding.
